Typhoon procedure

Hello! Erina here – today, I would like to share with you, what to do for typhoon preparation! 😀

Things you need to do:

1. Bring in things that are outside that COULD FLY/MOVE OVER by gust and damage your home, car or neighbors house/cars. i.e. plants, patio furniture pieces, grills, bikes, bicycles, trash bins etc – into the house. If they are too big that would not fit inside the house, please secure those things (tie them up to a concrete pillar etc) – it would be your responsibility while you are living there so please look methods up to secure things.

2. Make sure your on-the-wall-vent square thingy are closed. (See photos) and you put towels or newspapers in the gap bottom of your windows. (See photos.)

3. Make sure curtains are closed in case windows break, and stay away from the windows. (Please move your beds away from the window or sleep on the bed that is further away from the windows.) You MAY put card boxes against your windows (on the inside) if you feel the window might break. (See the photo)

4. MAKE SURE TO PULL SIDE BREAK on your car.

5. Put water in your bathtub in case there’s water shortage/outage/shut down.

6. Unplug your electric devices /computers (except for fridge, AC ) for lightening strike can break them.
